Create a new renpy project

If you want to create a new Renpy project, you can click "+ Create New Project" ↓ Then you will get this screen:

  • Just click continue ↓ After you clicked continue you will see this: image alt

  • Here you need to type your project name

  • You can change the name later so you don't need to worry what to call your project now

    ↓
    After you have the name you will see this screen: image alt

  • Here you can select the resolution of your project

  • Usually I use 1280 x 720 but you can choose anything you want~

  • You can also resize later so don't worry about your current choice!

  • Renpy also allows you to enter any other size --> select "Custom"

    ↓
    Then you can see this: image alt

  • You can choose the color of the project theme from the left

  • Preview can be seen from the right screen ↓
    After that you will get this screen: image alt

  • Just give renpy some time to run

  • After running, you will see the newly created project appear under Project list!

  • If it doesn't appear, click "Refresh"
